What a great night it was! Our Taste of Rim Country 2016 was a delicious success, with more Sponsors than ever before. Guests tasted great food from 9 area chefs. Congratulations to our Winners, Rim Country Health and Retirement ‘Best of the Best’, with their Lobster Risotto and Lemon Tartlets, Kendra’s Country Bakery ‘Best Sweet’ with 4 different cake, and the Pine-Stawberry Senior Center ‘Best Savory’, with their stuffed mushrooms, Salmon and cheese tarts, and stuffed chilis in marinara sauce. Although the final tally is not yet in, we may have set another fundraising record. Thanks to the Rim community for your unwavering support!
